Valeskas Booty Camp is made to empower – to help women feel good about themselves – by becoming lean, strong & fit.

My workouts are based on the Tabata methodology, which is scientifically proven to be the workout concept that burns the most calories in the least amount of time. Plus it raises the metabolism for the next 24 to 36 hours.

The chosen exercises are my favorite and inspired by Ballet, Tae Bo, Pilates as well as Yoga and include the most efficient moves to built a sexy, peach butt and a flat belly.

As a pilates instructor and hobby ballet dancer I know that stretching is just as important as exercising to built a healthy, correct posture. So I included regular stretching-breaks in the routine.

Everybody can join, as my booty camp has a high degree of individualization. In the high intensity phases you can decide on your own speed and thus intensity. But try to give your maximum every time and remember form is more important than speed.

Valeskas Booty Camp is fast. It’s fun. It’s effective. I guarantee it’ll leave you feeling “like you’ve been at the gym all day”. But in the end  I’m not here to help you look a certain way, I’m here to help you feel a certain way. So let’s get healthy & strong.

I’m a pilates instructor, hobby dancer, yoga enthusiast & fitness fan. I love creating my own workouts and decided it is about time to share them with you. – To support you girls in getting stronger and fitter. That is why I created Valeskas Booty Camp. I’m looking forward to meeting you.

The concept

What is Tabata Training?

Tabata training was discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata.

The idea of tabata is as follows: You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds until you complete eight sets. This is called a tabata. In Valeskas Booty Camp I use this method as a basis to create a very challenging and effective workout.
